Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) Act
The deadline to meet the requirements for the Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) under Section 204 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 is almost here! The annual deadline is June 1st.
As an employer, you should have received communication from your insurance carrier regarding the particular steps they need you to take to ensure your compliance.
For example, fully insurance BCBS groups and Aetna-level funded groups will be submitted for you, but they may have reached out to you for more information like requesting more information on premiums paid by you and the employee and other like details.
