Meet Christie

Christie is originally from Alabama where she attended JSU and received a degree in Computer Science. She has been married for over 14 years. Christie and her husband moved to Fort Worth in 2008. She worked in the oil and gas industry until she joined The Shields Agency team in March of 2021. Christie started as a our Data Coordinator, but now serves as the Director of Operations.

Christie has been able to utilize her background in technology and database management to provide organizations with cash positive outcomes for over 16 years. Beyond technical skills, she manages personnel of varying traits and abilities through implementation of systems and processes.

When she’s not working, her and her family are probably on a road trip somewhere.
